Delta State launches new currency of their state

It have been allegedly announced that the Niger Delta government have just printed out their own currency

This is a bad idea, which can bring to the division of the country
The money which is on pounds has the picture of Osi F. Moses as the Governor of Bank of Delta.
This is also one of the plan to depart from Nigeria and form their own state/country.
